Great video Paul! What's your camera and mount? The clarity of the video was great, and real steady too - nice job.

Its not hard or expensive here is a couple of shots of the bracket and the camera mounted on top. the camera I bought for $280 but that was a good price. I was going to buy a helmit cam but this is good enough for me. It would be good to see some of you guys take a few vids for the rest of us to see what what goes on with bike meets and rides.

Thanks for the pics - I don't have one yet, but was thinking about it.

The main reason for putting the camera mount on at the moment is because the government accedent insurance rate is going up to $700 odd dollars a year for bikes over 650cc and we are holding a protest rally at parlement on the 17th. I was on the same protest rally 28 years ago with 3000 other bikes and it was a lifetime thing. We get to do it again now with probably 6000 bikes.

Please forgive my ignorance but what does a handle bar mounted camera have to do with a protest ride to parliament

Well I guess I'm not realy going to protest but taking rolling vids of the run through wellington and being there with 6000 other bikers is going to be a blast.
