Newly purchased Speedmaster 06'

Hey everyone, last night i bought my speedmaster and finally decided to sign up on this forum. (i used it quite a bit in my research for the best starter bike for me) I couldnt be more in love with this bike. Also, Everyone on here seems really cool and i hope to get to know some of you all. Looking forward to racking some miles up on the road after class today!

Welcome to the form Mark.
Get out there and enjoy it. Speedy or America both great bikes. Only problem with them is you'll find the bike was just a deposit on all the accessories you'll want.
If your just starting riding take it easy at first.

Hah, so im beginning to find out. Is there somewhere on here that talks about basic maintenance? I'd really like to keep my bike in the best shape and form as possible. Also, is there a place to downlaod owners manuals?

Go here for a wealth of information on our bikes http://www.triumphrat.net/twins-technical-talk/
I'd also recommend the Haynes manual.

Hi Mark, If you have a question just ask. You may get some weird replies but you will get some good info from this site.
Don't be afraid to ask, talking is cheap.

Hey Mark, congrats on the new purchase.

Unlike colinm, my '03 america purchase was not a down payment on accessories. I found I much rather stripping things off and making my own additions... so it was more of a down payment on tools and materials in my case
