How to remove the decorated caps on the bolts on the handle bar clamps?

I just received Rivco raiser for my Speedy, but am having hard time to figure out how to remove the stock decorated caps on the bolts that tighten the clamps to the stock raisers. Any help would be appreciated.

They just press in ,use something very thin and just pry them up
They are only about 1 or 2 mm thick

Installed, it was an easy one man job. Took me about 40 minutes, but all is worth after.
