Ricor Intiminators
Anybody know where I can get a set of Ricor Intiminators for my T.B.A. in the uk.
Do installation instructions come with them?
Thanks in advance.
Colin.

To answer my own question, you can get Ricor intiminators from www.triumphtwinpower.com in the UK.

Installed Intiminators today. Unfortunately 20 odd miles into test run, the rain started, I mean heavy rain, so had to kill the speed to an acceptable level for conditions. One thing for sure, the bike feels a lot more planted, even riding in very wet (I mean sheet water across the road )conditions. Not so much as a twitch from the front, smooths out pot holes within reason, the dive on front brakeing is all but gone. Definite improvement in cornering seems to be able to go in tighter and hold the line better. Happy so far

Colin, I agree with you. With the intiminators the front end of my America feels much more planted. I've put a few hundred miles on with the intiminators so far and like the improvement. A great deal, especially when they were at 1/2 price

Are the Intiminators all I need to install to get that planted feeling or do I also have to replace the stock springs (i.e. progressives, etc.).
Did you also have to upgrade the rear shocks?

Streeple, all I did was install the intimidators and shorten the spacers by the same amount as the base of the intimidators, then added the required amount of fork oil. I haven't changed the rear shocks yet.

Like what Stan said, but I also replaced stock rears with progressive 440s.

Colin, did you notice a big difference with the 440's?

Stan. The 440s are a huge improvement over the stock setup. It takes a few miles to get them dialled in just right, but once you've got them set up you'll wonder how you got by without them. There as good an improve to the rear as the intiminators are to the front.
Yes I'd recommend them to anyone.
