I need stock headers!

I know there are classifieds and whatnot, but I am looking to pick up a set of stock thruxton headers to make my own drag pipes. I just don't want to chop up my existing pipes to do so..... So if you have any to sell.... let me know!

On a related note..... will the bonneville headers work for this sort of thing since I'll be cutting them before the bend right at the muffler joint??

They are exactly the same before the kink.

That's great news about the bonnie pipe... i was planning on cutting them off right before that bend anyway..... i did a bit of searching, and would prefer to buy a used set, but has anyone seen a good deal on a cheap replacement header.... all I can find are header/muffler sets or core exchange ceramic coating.

On a related note (didn't feel like posting this as a new thread)

Has anyone seen this site before ? http://www.raask.se/triumph.htm (Go to Thruxton 900 2004- )

Seem to have a few different styles of header pipes to choose from. Are the header pipes on this site larger than the stock Thruxton's ? They seem larger to me for some reason ?

They are double wall pipes for about a 2" final OD as opposed to our [your] 1-1/2"s.

Thanks for all the replies guys. You're awesome!!! I'm sad to say though, that I'll be selling the Thruxton soon.... I found a project bike that needs some loving and I'll need both the cash and the room in the garage.

I did notice though that some people were looking for thruxton headers in the classifieds page.
