How do the stripped down Honda-Davidsons get away with it?
If you have turns, they must work... You don't need them in Texas. Technically, we can still use hand signals. Ask for his DPS Inspector's name and phone number and give him a call... The boy needs a refresher class.

P.S. Take it to Wild West Honda in Katy

turn signals

I have been pulled over twice recently and got warnings for obscured inspection sticker and for not signalling.
Neither of them said anything about my lack of turn signals, since I used my hand signals while pulling over to wait for the officer.
Here in Texas, they are not required by law.
I passed inspection w/o a stock speedometer.

They have a nice accessories section with reasonable prices for the most part. I picked up my tank bag and tail bag there.

Brian,

If you're not already aware of it, there's a weekly gathering at Ming's (near the corner of Montrose & Westhiemer) every Thursday. It has always had a strong Euro slant. I was a weekly fixture there for about 6 or 7 years. Haven't been in quite a while though - sort of took to riding alone. Anyway, might be worth asking around to see if there is still a strong Euro presence there.

This is another group that I'm more involved with.

Great bunch of guys.

Some of us are riding the Devil's Backbone next Saturday if you need an excuse for a ride. http://www.triumphrat.net/triumph-tw...et-riders.html

All are welcome.
