Smile "Black Betty" after mods...

Well,

I posted a pic the day we bought her...now here she is after several mods. Got a few more planned but this is most of them:

McMaster Carr
Black Seat Cowl Thumb Bolts

Triumph (Dealer)
Tank Pads
Paint Matched Flyscreen

New Bonneville
N.A.R.K.
Tool Free Seat Bolts
Tool Free Side Cover Bolts
Oberon Studded Racer Pegs (working on matching Pillion pegs)
Stainless Steel Carburetor bolts
Oil Temperature Gauge
Idle Mixture Thumb Screws
Billet Gas Cap (Waiting)
Titanium Case Cover bolts (Waiting)
Black Clutch Cable Bracket
Billet Fluted Polished Choke Knob
Billet Fluted Clutch Lifter Dress-up Kit
Billet Brake Fluid Reservoir Cap

Specialty Spares
TT Pipes (Ceramic Coated)

P.J.’s Parts
Rizoma Radial Classic Mirrors
Rizoma Bar Ends

British Customs
Low Profile AI Eliminator
Ignition Relocation Kit
Clip-on Removal Kit w/Superbike bars

Bellacorse
Six Piston Front Brake Caliper (w/Spiegler SS brake line & EBC pads)
YSS Shocks (1” lower)
SuperBrace Fork Brace
Self Canceling Signal Flasher

"Freebies"
Removed front reflectors
Relocated horn
Lowered front end 1” (to match shorter rear shocks)
Rejetted Carbs (150/45 3 turns out)

Future planned mods
Turn signals (smaller and relocate)
Lucas tail light
Cut down rear fender
Pazzo Levers (on the way)
Fork Springs (I’m working my way up to them)
Drilled Sprocket cover
Heal Protector (Custom) for the clutch side (why didn't they include one?)

The Wife really enjoys that she can reach the ground easier with the 1" drop. She is actually undecided about the bars though. I was going to see about the flip swap first but figured she would always ask about how it would feel with the bars so just went to the extreme. Now I will probably have to back up and do the incremental changes to find out what she prefers the most. Hoping that once her confidence gets up a bit to raise it just a little more too...at least 1/2" or so minimum.

Enjoy!

Whoa, man, that is nice. Your scoot will turn some heads indeed!

I just noticed, you have straight pipes on that, or are they baffled? Looks cool!

They are baffled, but only slightly. Definitely noticeable but not obnoxios.

I really like the wide rear/front tire look but WOW that is pricey. I guess rear fender (if you want to maintain one) has to go along with that wider rear tire. That might be an upgrade for a little ways out.

Thanks,
