I'm located in N PDX up in Saint Johns. If any of you are located in the Portland Vancouver metro area PM me. I'm more than happy to show the bike & talk shop.

Next time you’re in Portland look me up. It was good to see you flying the sidecar on the Flying 15 spring opener. The weather was too crappy to ride my Thruxton without a front fender. So I couldn’t walk away with the best British bike or the best paint award. I still road away with an award from the rally using my B-bike. It is currently hanging on my shop wall. This picture should jog your memory.

As you can tell Mad Max is one of my favorite movies.
In my defense, I was wearing my helmet. You can clearly see it hanging from my messenger bag.
And yes, I did make the bus wait until I was done.

Oh yea, that was a sweet donut, and a nice parking job too. That bus driver sure had a pissed off look on her face. You and I briefly spoke, but since we weren't near my bike when we talked, and you weren't ridin your Thruxton, neither of us knew we were both Thruxton owners. I was the guy who had the third best poker hand, three 8's. I gave the pizza gift certificate to the guy with no finger...kept the Portland MC cert. Even though the weather sucked, I had a great time. Those Flying 15 guys are a great bunch. Are you a member? Hey, a couple forum members are ridin down (Revolt, Nwraindevel), and I'm ridin up to meet em, to Corvallis on May 18th to the Oregon Vintage MC Show. A cool event, when it's sunny. You should join us. Good place to show off your bike to potential buyers...plus, I'd like to see it.

Gary

I checked out your webpage. Very nice job you done there. When you fab up a front fender mount, make two of them and I'll buy one from you.
