installed some front bullet indicators some weeks back. one was wired incorrectly (red and black wire was wrong way round. sorted that out after it kept blowing the fuses. now around town no probs, works fine both no problems. for 2 weeks i rode around fine. take it on the motorway and when i come off... boh front bulbs blown. change them, everything fine... take the bike on the motorway, afterwards both blown... i didnt even use one of them while on the motorway...
any ideas?

Malfunctioning voltage regulator, or an intermittent short circuit? (That's only a guess.)
