Color: Sunrise Red, not BLaaahhck!
Mileage: 1300
Overall rating: Great bike

Modifications: AI removal, TORS + jets, knee pads

Ht-6'1"/Wt-215 lbs

No problems yet

This bike is definitely a throwback to the days when men were men and bikes were bikes and I was just a kid experiencing my first rides. It stirs the same emotions I felt with those ancient bikes years ago, unlike the other modern bikes I've ridden. It's a different cup of tea! When I'm motoring through the twisties I keep expecting the next turn to be my approach to Ballagh Bridge where I might be able to sneak my front wheel in on Hailwood. The bike's a ton of fun without having "crazy" power. It's a keeper! -Rob

rating-great bike
5'9"--200lbs

Mods-Many cosmetic, F3 forks, Ikon shocks, D&D exh, K&N filters See members album vol 1 page 6

Review- I find this bike engaging, and far more broad based than I expected. It works well going at a relaxed pace and at a quick pace. It has a lot of character and is great to look at.-have fun-buy one- thruxtonone

04 thruxton
red - of course
2000 miles
Quite Satisfied

Removed AI, CRG Hindsight bar ends, rubber kee pads, flyscreen, ebc brake pads, Tors, snorkel/restricter removed and uni-filter added with rejet (as we speak)...

5'7' 168 lbs

No real problems, shocks replaced on recall, dealer dyno for the tors, and correct rejet as I was too inept to get mixture right, but I am very happy with this bike!

Fun, forgiving smooth running hoot to ride. Haven't gone long distance, and doubt I will...but a great everyday and weekend rider.

To do:
centerstand, ikon shocks, forks and gaiters.

Added uni filter, monza cap. Hepco-becker rack and top case for commuting and touring. Have tank bag. Also have thunderbike bars for replacement of stock, and set of four turn signals to replace awful sci-fi stalk ones that come stock..
.
Change is good.

O.K.... but we'll have to do one for the TBS riders TOO now, so they don't feel slighted. Afterall, the TBS WAS the FIRST new Triumph cafe racer...

This bike is amazing. It's cool factor is the best on the market. The handling and smooth power delivery are excellent. If you are at all thinking about getting one; DO IT.
