I have a Thrux-04 and have problems when shifting down to 2:nd gear. The problem comes when the engine is warm. When shifting down there´s "nothing".
I have to let the clutch out, give some throttle and then the down shifting is ok.
Another method is to lift the shifter a couple of millimeters and then it´s ok to put in the 2:nd gear.

Anyone with the same problem ?

i test drove an '04 and almost bought it but the mechanic came into the office after all the paper work was done and said that he can't let me take it because it wasn't road ready. it was not downshifting properly, you had to rev the engine to get a lower gear, so i bailed on the whole deal. the next day the salesman called and said they found the problem and it was a weak spring in the gearbox and it had already been fixed. i wish i could be more helpful but i'm no mechanic and i didn't get into details because i was on my way to another dealer to get an '06.

that´s what i have suspected when looking at the work shop manual.
it looks as a not too complicated work to do.
