Mounting an onboard video to a Thrux - Pics

Attached are a few pics of how I mounted a video camera to my Thruxton

very high tech ....!

That's definitely the fast and cheap method...

You took some excellent video by the way, surprised you didn't get more wind noise. What kind of camera? Looks a lot like mine -- Panasonic PV-GS250. I thought about getting a bracket for my track bike but I've heard you can damage the optical image stabilization mechanism with too much high frequency vibration. On the other hand I never considered the big stack of towels isolation mount...

Hi,
Camera is a Panasonic GS180 with 3CCD, absolutely great camera. Wind noise is cut down with a piece of foam wrapped around the remote microphone ( microphone fitted to the rear guard). Actual camera microphone is not used.
