Hi All,
This has probably been asked many times before.
I am just about to take delivery of a NARK, so I know I will need to rejet but what size of jets will I need?

So, if any of you out there are running the same set up, it would be great to hear what your carbaration set up is.

Thruxton 2006 with TOR's
Standard carb set up.

Cheers

you could try 42 pilots, mixture screws 1 turn out, stock needles w/ 1 shim, and start around 140 mains.

that should get you pretty close.

05 Thrux running K&N's and Predators - tried stock 40's with 1 shim, 2.5 turns for the mix (New Bonneville replacements) and 140 mains. Felt hestiation at the crack of the throttle, then pulls hard.

Installed 42's with the rest the same. Seemed to do the same hesitation, building as she heated up. (standard rich issue?) Turned in mix in 1 full turn (1.5) with no better results. Tried 45's and found them building up at idle, way too rich. I'm back to 40's, seems a little better but again with hesitation.

Can't think of anything I'm missing here... thinking about puling the shim, but it sounds like everyone runs fine with them. Suggestions invited.
