I want to take a moment and raise a glass to those of us willing to throw away marriages and jobs, as well as, blow through retirements and savings at a nauseating rate of frivolousness all in the name of the motorcycle.

I just spent my entire paycheck on the Bike.

She is going to kill me.

****!

I took the easy way out, I just got rid of the girlfriend and moved in with my brother.

No girl, no rent, no problem!

My wife is very understanding. I just bought my 6th bike yesterday - as in, I currently own 6 bikes.

I'm sure she thinks I'm mad, but she knows that I'm happy with my affliction. I don't drink (much), don't smoke, don't have affairs, don't do drugs, don't gamble, etc, so I guess she can accept my addiction to bikes.

Cheers,

Brett

On the way to the fruit and veg market I walked my wife past the bike shop - and she noticed the Triumphs in the window. 'Wow!', she said, 'they look amazing, just what you need to get to work on'

Previously we had no vehicle and its been ten years since I have ridden a bike after always having one....teeeheee, worked a charm. Though she did prefer the Bonni I bought the Thruxton.

And blardy heck...with a British Customs baisc performance kit - Predators, AI removal kit and K & Ns I feel like I am on top of the world :chug: rather than down under!

Thanks, my wife - inspiration and soulmate - no she isn't looking over my shoulder.

Wicked Thruxton amazing wife
