So I ordered some Epco exhaust for my Thruxton from Newbonneville.com...Bummer, they're sold out but expect to have more in 7-10 days. OK, no problem, but it's been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard squat. Now, they did send the toolless seat cowl bolts, and haven't charged my card, which is really cool. However, I'd love some info on the pipes. I can't find a phone number, only a fax...Does anybody know how to reach a real person there?

I always get a quick reply to my emails from New Bonnie. Send them an email and they will reply to it.

Yup, I dropped an e-mail, and got a quick response. Basically, they're expecting 'em anytime now. I guess if I had ordered straight from EPCO, I'd have somebody to yell at. I try to be pretty patient, especially with middlemen.

Let us know if you dig the Epcos once you got 'em installed. I'm trying to decide between Bubs, Epcos, & Predators.

I ordered Epcos last summer directly from epcostainless.com (called in my order) as they weren't available through any other retailers at that time. I waited over a month for mine, so you might be in for more frustration. I was initially quoted a timeframe by the manufacturer of 2 weeks... I waited, called, waited. They are a small outfit from the sounds of things. In any case, it was not a speedy process. Your patience should pay off at some point - they are a quality exhaust. I really like mine.
I'd suggest calling the manufacturer - look up their # on www.epcostainless.com
If you don't get a response from the online retailer in a reasonable amount of time, maybe cancel your initial order and order direct from mfg.

Will do...provided they ever show up. I picked them because I like the sound clip, and the look. Frankly, I think the stock pipes look a little clunky.
