i just got the zard exhaust system. i have removed the AI and carbon canister. what do you think i should jet it to? and what do you think i should jet it to if i get the airbox removal kit?

and any tips on the jetting? (IE do i need to remove the carb?)

lots of posts on this, do a search. there used to be a jetting database so search for that as well. If everything else is stock I would guess somewhere in the 115-120 main range max. and original pilots. turn your screws out a small amount if you haven't already. Air box mods will require higher jetting. Didn't the pipes come with jets, that's how I've sen them sold? You do not have to remove the carbs however for your first time I'd recommend removing them as it is easier and I would suggest installing the upgrade carb screw kit. Be sure to balance your carbs as well.
