Thought I'd finished modifying my 05 Thruxton! But the more I look at this site the more things I want to do. So far its got YSS springs, air box removal kit, fender and light removal, headlight visor, monza fuel cap, bar end mirrors and triumph racing pipes.
Any suggestions as to other visually appealing changes?

Nice looking bike. In regards to other things to do, I'd recommend lowering the gauge mount and headlight and maybe also go with some different gauge pods/cups like some of us have done, paint em black if you like black. Do a search of the mentioned above, you'll find plenty. Maybe lower the triple trees a little as well. I don't really mind the stock brake reservoir but that is something that is commonly swapped out as well, search for Rizoma reservoir.

Welcome to the site.

Change the TORS exhausts for Predators. You won't regret it.

Preditors:

Dyno runs, TORS (red lines) v Predators (blue lines)
These runs were carried out after the airbox was removed and K&N filters fitted, the head was skimmed, gas flowed and ported, and the carbs rejetted with 138 main jets.

Power:

Torque:

My bike has moved on since these runs, and now makes more power and torque, with new flatslide carbs fitted, flywheel skimmed (nearly half a kilo weight saving), and 6 pot Pretech billet alloy caliper with EBC Pro-Lite floating disc. The front brake is now awsome.

Personally I'm a little puzzled as to why one would switch out the stock cups for different ones, only to paint them black again?

Beautiful bike! Great job.

Have you considered replacing the "Tupperware" brake reservoir with a Rizoma billet version?

Mancha, for the shape and texture. The stock flat black bumpy plastic gauge covers and the shape of the covers weren't very appealing to me. I love the rounded look, plus it's smoother, plus it looks a little smaller (well, it actually is slightly smaller). I've been contemplating painting mine black. :hammer:
