I heard about this while helping put on the Rides of March in SLO this year.(I missed CYNCRZR & SLO Bonnie at the S.M. Brewery but Josh said he talked to you guys).

Mods-N-Rockers

I am not really into that "Ton up" stuff...
But it could be fun.
Apparently they are having a show at the SLO brewing co. with a band comprised of Dave Vanian (Damned), John Doe & Billy Zoom (X) & some other punk rocky fools. (That sounds like a blast).

May ride the Thruxton from Carp as they are coming through here....or heading up north & riding my scooter to the show.

Depending on how "parade" like the ride is.....
cool*****.

It's snowing today. ***** that central coast weather! I hope you are riding today. Zoom-zoom-zoom.... Used to live in Santa Maria -- knew I'd miss the year round riding conditions. Even when raining it wasn't bad.

SLO Mods- vs - Rockers yep...

It is part of the Ride with the Rockers sponsored by the Ace Cafe. Riders from various bands as well as Mark Wilsmore (Ace Cafe) will be heading up from LA to the Legends of Motorcycle event in Half Moon Bay. First night stopover is in SLO with a Rockers evening planned. I am, along with some other BIR folks are heading up with the group and probably staying a night or two to hang with Slobonnie and the Central Valley run-a-moks.

I'll post something bout it on the Rides and Events board.

Cool,
I am on the fence on what I will ride (or if I will even be able to make it.)...as a couple of folks in our scooter club have bikes (2 Thruxtons, A Duc & an SV).

I just wish it wasn't on a Thursday.....

Well, I'm hanging the extra night in SLO (not heading up to Half Moon).

I sure hope to ride the Thrux up to HMB, but having this surgery last week, I'm not sure I'll be up for that long of a trip in just 4 weeks...we'll see, I guess.
