Did a 350 miler today on my Dad's (deceased) BMW 1000cc Boxer with my bride of 31 years. Went to Monterey California through Colinga, back up to highway 52 over the Santa Cruz Mountains and back to Pleasanton :-D :-D :-D :-D . Kept it under 100 mph . Dad's old boxer still fly's at illegal speeds with total aplomb . My wife has been riding behind me sense 1972 BM BK (before marriage, before kids, on Norton Commandos with clip ons and rear sets ). Today was not a hurried flight, but a high speed casual journey :-D . Usually I ride solo, but today was a family day, no hurries no worries :-D . Lunch at the Case De Fruita (no San Francisco jokes), Stopped in Castroville to buy produce. :-D

Only did the ton once. Kept it at 75 to 80mph most of the way. My sweetie never winces or wiggles while on the rides. It is that she suffers from the woman syndrome of LLB. Little Bitty Bladder syndrome. Gotta stop Every 50 to 100 miles to take a leak. Does the same thing in my Ford 150 or the Mercury Grande Marquis :???: . Good ride today guys, good time with the wife, next weekend is either the old 750 Bonni, or the old Norton, solo naturally. :-D :-D :-D :-D

Steve, Gears and all thing duel.

:yayyy: :chug: :yayyy:
