I just did a rejet I had the Haynes nearby but didn't need it. Also it doesn't cover rejetting, it moreso covers rebuilding. If you order a rejet kit then it has some general instructions that are adequate. A schematic like this one from Bike Bandit is nice too for a head check.

Carb blowup

Its not that hard, you won't have the joy of having to disconnect the carbs from the rubbers and drill the tamper plug out at least.

IMO the Haynes manual is worth its weight in cash,gold or uncut diamonds .
it may not instruct directly in re jetting but is a clear guide to carby maintenance tricks and short cuts
