Hi,
Now I've got the Mecatwin single seat and tail saver fitted I notice the the OEM seat doesn't interchange.

Is there any easy way of doing this? e.g. taking the 'hooks' off the OEM seat?

Thanks
Simon :???:

Yep its really easy. Unscrew the seat latch, fit some spacers and bolt it down with longer bolts. Not the best looking solution, but super fast and I've found it secure enough like that.

Sorry, don't have any photos of it, but you're basically putting a nut between the latch and the subframe That will lift it up the seat will clear the MT piece. Its either that or rig your rear fender to quick disocnnect so you can pop it on and off.
