Yep just finished putting the pistons and jug back on the bike. Smooth as clockwork. Got an extra set of hands from Scott03bonnie. Tackle the head tomorrow.

OK - it's finally all back together. Play-doh check on valve clearance was perfect. Installed carbs and intakes. Ready for the oil cooler and clutch cprings to finish off the motor.

Haven't used this stuff in 40 years.

Starting final assembly.

Motor done and Carbs and intakes on.
