Can I ask why? I just rev up and they scatter to the sides. Maybe you just need louder pipes?! I dont even have a horn, looked like ***** to my eyes. Plus it sounded like a bloody moped!

Mind if I ask where you picked it up?

After having 2 suv driving moms come over on me in my lane, only 1 was on the phone...and a cottonball in a caddy do the same thing all in one day, I think I may want to purchase one.

Are you referring to the blue hair ladies? That bunch has been trying to kill me for over 4 decades Two of them have tried and sent me to the hospital. The old coming across two lanes of traffic from the right side of the road and stopping in front of the motorcycle. Can you say broadside? The first one caused 10 days in the hospital, number two was only three days, broken bones and a serious case of the a$$ both times . My 11B side wanted to take justice in my own hands. But my "gentile touchier feely side" said let the lawyers do it for me. :-D

Gentleman, It is very dangerous out there. You know that for a fact. Blue Thrux just bought the farm . Stay aware and do not drink and drive.

Respectively Yours

FWIW, I mounted my horn under my gas tank. It's a Fiamm Road blaster, the "horn" section points out the front of the gas tank. You can't even see it, but you can hear it. It sits about 1/4'' off the top of the cam cover. I used the old threaded holes from the AI that was removed.

Look no horn (visible):

I'll get some pics up when I put my bike back together. Here's its current state:

It should be back together in a couple weeks.
