Ridge, to fit the Bonnie brackets to the Thruxton you'll have to cut out the top (or bottom) enough to fit the clip ons above the brackets. If it were me, I'd cut the bottoms off to lower the headlight.

I plan on filling in the turn signal holes on mine one day, and doing a better bondo/paint job than the last time.

It is an Al ring that was machined. I think a reasonable copy could be made using tape and PVC pipe. 25 mm tall-42-43 mm inside diameter-T1
