I've been lurking in the shadows for a little while, reading and checking things out. I just got a slightly used slightly modified 04 Thrux last week. Probably stupid, but i bought it without ever seeing it in person, delivered to my door and i couldn't be happier, 28 degrees outside and i had to ride it, smiling the whole time. Never had this infatuation with any other bike before. Cant wait to start the mods myself, you guys have inspired me with the work you've done on your bikes. I'll get some pictures up when the snow melts.

Welcome, welcome! You're gonna LOVE that Thruxton. I've had mine almost a year and I still find myself just staring at it, what a beauty.

Hey, I bought an '04 Thrux sight unseen last year. It had 2,500 miles on it at the time. I just crossed 10,000 miles on Sunday and have been smiling just about every mile (except when I got caught in a snow storm a couple of weeks ago or when it topped 105+ F. when I rode it to Montana last summer during the massive July heat wave).
Ride on!

I bought my '04 Thruxton sight unseen with 3,800 miles on it. It was delivered to my office during a Nor' Easter, I didn't care! I was grinning ear to ear. I love my bike! The weather in NJ sucks right now so I just go out to my garage every night and I stare at it and sit on it and polish it and..........*****! I wish I lived somewhere warm

I can walk to the Herbertsville Deli in about ten minutes! Sorry, I don't know the Benningers,
It's a small world after all.......How do you like your thrux? I was just staring at mine again.
BBRRRR it's cold!

I love my Thrux and you will too when you get to ride. Yours looks very nice, it already has some nice aesthetic mods on it. The Benningers used to own the deli. They sold it this year. (sorry, still off topic).
