Good chance of rain Friday evening, but it will be warm. If your concerned about the year, check the vin. Personally I could care less the year so long as the 2 yr warranty stands.

It was a driving hard rain when I picked up my Thruxton in Feb last year. The guys in Waco couldn't believe I'd made the ride up that day to do the trade. The guy from the shop told me he'd spent a lot of time polishing the bike for me. Oh well.

Lone Star has an excellent rep. Service costs seem fine by me. My 12,000 was $250 which included all but one shim replaced.

Should be fine. Even if its a bit wet, at least its warm.

I stopped by Lone Star and the yellow bike is July 06. What time you think you'll be in?

I got an 07 and it has the checkers as well as the silver front fender. It was one of them that came out before 07, so they more than likely used 06 parts - itsa all good - wish I had that black front fender though...

I pulled mine off and sprayed it black. Need to do the rear.

Looks like anything after June 06 is designated 2007.

I had my rear fender chopped and both fenders professionally powder coated for under $125.
