The Ace bars are fabricated from 3 pieces, a center loop and 2 hand control tubes. anybody use these

A couple of riders use these. Check the albums. They look brilliant though. I had a hard time choosing between the Thruxton and the Bonnie Black simply because I so prefer clubmans to clipons.

I dig those too, look more period correct. Can we retorfit these for the thrux?? Anyone know?

You might take a look at these too.

I'm considering some of these for my Speed Triple. There's a thread currently in the Speed Triple forum discussing them.

I recently switched from the New Bonneville low cafe bars to "Ace" or clubman bars. I got them from speedmotoco.com. They are powder coated black and I am really happy with the way they look. (my bike is a little dirty in the pics, but you get the idea)

Customcafe, there are kits to change out your clip-ons to tube bars. Bellacoarse.com and www.newthruxton.com have them. The links are listed below.

You also have the advantage that yoke fitting 7/8" bars. I had to find 1" ace bars and they were pricey. The 7/8" bars you can get for a song
