Cylinder head now skimmed, ported and gas flowed.

Rear wheel BHP now 70.6

Rear wheel torque now 60.3ft/Lbs

This bike is quick. My mate on his 955i Speed Triple had to work hard to get past (in a staight line accelleration test). He does not keep up on the twisties

Interesting graphs.

Very good top end power. The torque is not so strong, nor is the mid-range power.

I wonder what the curves would be like with your exhausts and headers with the cylinder head work, K&N's and rejetting.

I didn't do the work myself so don't know. Compression ratio has been increased from the original (measured) 9.2 to 1 to 10.4 to 1.

yeah find out how much material was removed for us please!

I think if you get some cams that motor will really sing, 70 hp is good though!

Bob Farnham advised me that the standard 790cc Bonnie cams (higher lift/longer duration apparently) will give another 6 or 7 BHP at the top end, with a similar loss low down. I'm not sure I want to loose the low down power though.
