Anyone got any good ideas on how to get those ugly safety stickers off? especially the one on the tank.

Take a hairdryer and pass it over the sticker. Use your fingernail or some blunt object to pry up an edge. As long as the sticker is heated up, it should come up whole. If not, use some cleaning fluid to get the residue off.

I found the tank sticker peeled off quite easily, then I used some 'goo gone' to clean off the residue. No detectable marks remain. I know what you mean though, it's scary before you try and you don't wanna spoil that shiny new tank !

If you are worried about using chemicals on the tank, then a bit of olive oil will do just as good a job as a chemical solvent in getting the goo off of the tank.
