This will be available in the imediate future from newbonneville.com
This one is a first production piece with ceramic. You have to drop the muffler and mid-pipes to change the oil filter. My bike had the stock headers with D&D slip-ons running at 70hp atr and the full system took it to 72hp atr and I haven't started dialing in the carbs yet. I do have a 904 and airbox removal along with jetting set for the slip-ons.

I will be posting more pics later with the fat tire and ZRX shocks. It is all in the works for completion this week.

Do you think it'll become a drag having to basically remove your entire exhaust system every time you do an oil change?

I think that'd be a drag. But I'm kinda lazy that way. Looks kinda cool to be sure.

It may become troublesome but it's an excuse to hide in the garage longer! They developed it for race use in mind instead of convenience. I am going to weigh it against my stock headers and slip-ons to see how much it shaves off.

Coolness of cool. The exhaust looks outstanding. The unit should be slightly redesigned for street use for the oil filter drop. In racing anything goes. for street use this idea sucks canal water. Steve :chug:

Sure looks good. Looks like it might make the belly pan I want a viable option as well.

On the other hand, I bet the opposite side looks pretty naked. Could you post a shot of that side for us?

They look good, would like to see some dnyo results and comparisons. The only down sides I see are the oil filter and I have never seen a 2 to 1 or 4 to 1 header ever use the same size pipe after the transfer. So I might say I am a bit skeptical until I see it in paper or person.

To be honest it looks like a set of TT pipes with a 2 to 1 yoke and a D&D slip on.

I looked into a 2-1..... thought it would be the way to go.
Who is it in New Zealand that makes one???

Anyway..... they answered my email and told me that I
shouldn't expect that a 2-1 would make any difference in the
performance of my little 790. They were pushing it for the
more performance oriented Bonnies....

My reluctance with D&D is having to constantly pack and
repack (and repack again) the burned out baffling. And as it
burns out, the tune of the bike is constantly changing.....
never at it's optimum unless it has the same back-pressure
as when it was jetted.

Soooo...... gotta remove the WHOLE EXHAUST SYSTEM to change the oil?!?!?!?
And now the packing is getting it from
TWO headers,
burning out twice as fast!?!?!?

Well.... at least it's sexy looking......

Yep, looks sweet. Cost?

Looks like it is a complete swap of headers and exhaust, correct?

Just thinking aloud here...wouldn't a 'cross-over' or 'Y' joint that occured more forward...say around the starter, and then run the pipes under/along the pegs do the same thing and allow for changing the oil filter as well? I Guess what i am saying is that it should be just a matter of getting the or a more applicable pipe bend and connection pattern?
