It seems that my bone stock thrux with predators likes to pop inbetween gears and on deceleration. Its pretty loud and I have a rejet kit, but I tried to open up those carbs before and got nowhere. Should I worry about this poping, or suffer an entire saturday trying to get the screws out of the carb? Any thing else I can do besides rejet to adjust this?

Did you remove the air injection plumbing? If not this is part of the popping out of the exhaust.
Motorcycle carb screws have historically been real stinkers to remove. Before you attempt this, buy the aftermarket replacement screw kit from New Bonneville (I think), or the Triumph dealer(quicker).
Do the air injection removal first. Your dealer should have the kit on the shelf. Steve

I just realized it says pooping instead of poping. oops. I will try air injection removal.
