In the spirit of pointing out cool things, how about these Pazzo racing levers?:

They come in a variety of colors, but I like the black ones with the gold accents. Pretty pricey ($165, but free shipping) for something completely superfluous, but I may get them anyway:

Well, an obvious answer is holes-all-the-way-through versus depressions, but I doubt that's important. Does CRG have levers for the Thruxton, and how much are they?
