So, I have the Aluminum short stalk turn signals (LP) that come with the South Bay Triumph Fender Eliminator kit. (Also ran these on my SV650s as well).

The problem with them is, after awhile the mounting point for the bulb holder snaps.... leaving a rattling bulb hanging inside & eventually breaking the bulb.

I have replaced a couple of these & got tired of spending $22.00 every time I needed to fix them.

So this time I cut a small piece of neoprene wetsuit material that I had laying around my shop & insulated the whole assembly inside the turn signal with it. I am hoping it helps extend the bulb life & prevent the weak ass clip from snapping.

quite possibly....but you need to still be able to remove the bulb when they burn out.
