Its time for the Handlebar Removal Kit... or rather re- installing the clip-ons.

I'd like to do the work myself this time. How difficult is it changing the triple clamps out? Are there any special tools I'll need for the job? Any torque specs? Should I use thread lock on the various bolts?

Any tips for the job?
