After my recent loose Battery cable, I decided it was time for a tool carrier. There is a great space underneath the battery on the NARK so I built a tube out of 3" ABS plastic pipe and hung it there, pictures in the "Modifications" sub-album in my Members album. Follow the link below

Sweet, could you put up the dimesions of each piece?

Great idea as I have been carrying my Cruz tools in whatever bag I happen to take with me on trips.

I was thinking of doing one like yours or turning one on my lathe out of aluminum & having it anodized.

A couple of folks have asked for dimensions, instructions, or a how to. I'll try and get something written up over the next few days and then post when I have it done.

Very cool idea. It looks great, and it is simple to construct -- always a plus. :-D

Tool kit would be very nice. One question, how tough is it to move the fuse box? Electical systems and I sometimes dont get along very well. :???:

Looks good. Do you have a pattern for the splitter in the filters?

Great idea - storage is at a premium for tools or anything else on the Thrux. JCW

I just got back from the hardware store. Verifying all the bolts sizes I used. I'll write up a parts list and spec and assembly instructions sometime this weekend-it's raining so I ought to have time.

Just one word of caution. My NARK is from NewBonneville. Don't know if the BellaCorse or BritishCustoms are built the same.

This wasn't all that tough and as long as you got a hardware store handy (lot of trips) and enough space underneath the battery anyone can do this.

THX1138-
Relocating the fuse box was easy - just ground off the welds on the short 4mm hex bolts and removed them and replaced them with 5mmx80mm bolts and used coupling nuts as spacers and to lock the new bolts in place.

InfX708-
Yes I do. I'd be happy to send it to ya if you want. PM or eMail me with an address.

CYNCRZR,

Thank you for the information about the fuse box. Think I may attempt it.
