This summer ( the last part of June) I will be heading to Geneva to set off on a 2 week motorbike tour France and Northern Spain. I am looking to rent a bike in Geneva. I am an experience rider and have owned several BMW's and currently own a Thruxton. If anyone knows of a good place to rent motorbike in the Geneva please let me know. Any advice is welcome.

I've never rented a bike in Switzerland so I can't help suggest the best place. I just found this link below online but prices are steep. A BMW K1200 LT will run you 1750.00chf per week ($1350.00) and you only get 200km per day (120miles). After that 1km costs 0.70chf ($0.40 per 6/10th of a mile). So if you were to do some heavy driving across Europe every extra 100km (60miles) per day will set you back an additional 70.00chf ($40.00).
Your best bet would be to avoid renting a bike in Switzerland period.. EVERYthing cost more in Switzerland, it's an expensive country. I'm sure you can find a bike just over the border in France for much less. Either way it's still going to be kind of high priced for you as the dollar is still very very low..!
