Lots do. Different components, all electric.Kill switches, neutral safety switch and kickstand switch are common along with the battery connections and relays under the sidecovers. Dry it out as best you can,and use dielectric grease on the connections. It will happen after washing too,not just rain. There are several threads about this exact problem. Good luck, and welcome,Buzz.

Just cruising the sites, and saw your post. Classic Bike mag in the U.K. roadtested a Bonnie last year and found it stalling in rain or unable to start just after hard rains on several occasions. They eventually found that the drain tube from the air cleaner box was pinched at the bottom and filling with water after rain (haven't look for this, myself, as I'm rarely in rain). I think that this maybe is stock in this state, so if you look under the bike for this you should be able to see it. Hope this helps.
Bob

A quick fix for the air cleaner hose problem is to refit a tube of the same diameter with a rubber bung at the end. Makes it a lot easier to drain the hose from below the chassis. I got the idea from my old 1979 Honda CB650, which came stock like this.

guys
Thanks for the advice
My thrux started running like a hairy goat after a particularly heavy rain last week.

I drained the carbies and then the tank but still no good.
Finally had a look at this forum and read about the airbox drain filling up. Empties it and away she went.

Would never have thought to even look for this otherwise.

Take your drimmel tool and drill a small hole in the bottom of the air box to let the H2O drain out. Do not park or ride in a heavy rain(my old Norton's come to mind). Grab yours wifes hair dryer(best to get your own shop hair dryer ) to take care of the issue. . Motorcycles, have owned at least a dozen, DO NOT LIKE RAIN. I do not care what the Jap producers say about there reliability, They do not like rain either. Owned them all in the past 40 Plus years, and rain sucks with motorcycles. :-D Steve
