Take your drimmel tool and drill a small hole in the bottom of the air box to let the H2O drain out. Do not park or ride in a heavy rain(my old Norton's come to mind). Grab yours wifes hair dryer(best to get your own shop hair dryer ) to take care of the issue.

. Motorcycles, have owned at least a dozen, DO NOT LIKE RAIN. I do not care what the Jap producers say about there reliability, They do not like rain either. Owned them all in the past 40 Plus years, and rain sucks with motorcycles. :-D
