Predators for sure!! Top 3 mods I would recommend..... Predators, remove air box, and suspension. If you can afford it maybe some new tires. 😉

Three mods? Exhaust, intake and suspension. If it were me, I'd try and negotiate the inclusion of an exhaust with the bike, as it is the biggest ticket item. The rest doesn't need to be expensive and you can do it over time. For the intake, either remove the air box snorkel and baffle or lose the air box all together. Invest a little extra in a good tune (I recommend TTP) and you will not believe the difference. For suspension, a mild upgrade to the forks can work wonders and the rear shocks are also an area for improvement.
Get the bike - you'll love it!

Well yeah if you like Arrows. I'm guessing you think Arrows are ugly or does a lable magicaly transform them? These are virtualy identical in looks. But with the added bonus you can retain the centre stand, so they are not exact copies!
Not everyone can afford multiple hundreds of pounds in this hard pressed day and age eh?

They didn't have any demos, so I think I am going to go to another dealer who I found out has a demo.
Anyway, I was reading about all the mods you guys have done to yours and wanted to know the difference between the Arrows and Predators. My personal preference are the Predators, I really like the look of them because they look similar to the stock, but don't sound like a sewing machine. lol
So what is your preference and why?
Also, I would like to know......if you only could do 3 mods right off the bat, which ones would they be?
Thank you again for your help!

I recognize that showroom, great guys down there at Newport!
I purchased my Thruxton and a set of Dominators from them (very similar to Predators, if not identical). Both the Predators & Dominators are about half the cost of Arrows, however the Arrows include new headers rather than just slip-ons... I love the sound of the Dominators! I posted a few videos of the difference in sound here:
http://www.triumphrat.net/twins-tech...-hiearchy.html
In addition to exhaust I would go with suspension as big ticket mods.
My third suggestion would be to pull the snorkel & baffle, replace the air filter with a performance option (K&N, Uni, etc.) and disable and/or remove the AI system.
Or, just enjoy it as it is!!!

I prefer the sound of the Preds over the Arrow system, plus I like the looks better and they're considerably cheaper.
But purchase whichever one you like best. Be sure you pore over the numerous videos on YouTube and this site comparing exhaust sound.

Nickwitz, thanks for that link. I just saw the grabrail for no morre than at least 50 - 100 US dolllars after exchange, customs, and whatever else will be charged. Now I just have to convince the little lady that it would be a great purchase since she wants something behind her when she is riding with me.
Thanks again - Oh and that exhaust looks really nice too on that site.

Just picked up a 2010 thruxton with dual arrow exhaust on it and I love the sound. I had a 2009 thruxton before with d&d 2 into one but love the sound of the arrow better. Here is a pic.
Here is a quick video that the previous owner took.
