it's an interesting thought. i wonder how low it hangs below the frame. do you think it hangs lower than a set of TT pipes?

At full bump, it should just kiss the track. There is no practical justification for a belly pan on a street bike other than the way-cool look.

Here's another excuse...i hope to do some track days next spring. id like to be able to put in on when i go to the track and take it off when i don't need it. Or leave it on for that super cool look as you said.

Just an FYI, Bellacorse is now carrying the free spirits belly pan. I just ordered the seat pan from them.
