Dirt

Any of you 'cafe' dudes also ride in the the dirt? I started when
I was 10 and rode/raced until 25. Got hurt and hung up my helmet and boots for 15 years but have wanted to get back into since then. Stumbled across this big guy yesterday and pulled the trigger. Can't wait to get it dirty

Brap!! I've been racing since I was 4, it's always been my main love. Welcome back to the dark side my friend.

Too much fun!

Me too. First started riding real dirt bikes at about 14 which was OK with my dad but he said "no street bikes" so when I secretly did get a street legal bike at 15 I kept it at a friends house...so he didn't know. Raced motocross, Still trail ride a XR400 and a XR650 now...
too much fun!

Love the dirt! Started when I was 8 on a 1980 CR 80.

This was my last dirt monster. 57hp and about 235 pounds. So awesome.

Ahhh dirt bikes. My first love. I did freestyle MX for a year or too but it got a bit hectic so i hung it up, didn't ride for a few years after that, got my thruxton and happy as can be.

i guess just having a bike is fun!

Not a real dirt bike but good for adventure type riding of which there's lots of in this neck of the woods. 85% of the local roads are dirt and the Yamaha just loves them.

Too cool, fellas!

Yeah, once it is in your blood it is damn hard to get it out. Some of my best memories are from the dirt bike days. I tossed the beast around a bit yesterday and the rush came back wthin an instant.

nice thing about dirt bikes is they always give you the adrenalin shakes after a few good corners and jumps. They are addictive!

i am so glad you guys don't ride quads!(4 wheelers)

They are also one hell of a work out. You go out for an hour or so and your bod gets punished. love it.
