Here's the status....
In the process of stripping it down for the clip ons i decided to sort our the turn signal issues. Finally got a multimeter and now know which are hot and which are common leads.
I'm going by the Powder coater today to drop off my parts.
I now have everything i need except the triple clamp. which is on my brother's bike currently.
Stripped the signals down to tint the lenses and get the buckets powdercoated.
I'm stoked to get all this done. missing riding though. It's been since November 12th. Between weather and working on this project i havn't had the chance.

Nice, can't wait to see it all back together! I'm debating whether or not to coat the very same ears.
I like that the stock units are black, it's a good mix of black and chrome as it is, but I also like the polished ears as they are...

So I got to doing the swap. Almost finished tonight. I got hung up only by the lack of two washers and Bella corse having the rectifier relocator being on back order. Too bad they didn't say anything. I'd have found one else where. Alas, I'll just finish up and maybe fasten the rectifier another way temporarily. I'll post pics soon I promise.

Do you have access to a mig? You can make a rectifier bracket in two minutes. make a "t" in steel, drill the holes, paint and mount. Drill the two holes in the "-" section of the t and two holes, one for mounting and one for the horn the "l" of the t.
