Side Number Plates

Finally got the issues with my FEK taken care of, ordered new signals and now trying to decide if I want to add Side Number Plates...

Love the look they give the Thruxton and I've found them all over the internet but was wondering if you guys, who have them and know more about them, would recommend any? Or any you wouldn't recommend?

Hello State,

I did want a number plate too, finally gave up the idea ;I still think the MAS look realy good.

I actualy gave up the idea when i saw this bike

Here is a photoshop version of mine, i placed an order at a local sticker shop to get it done. I'm geting it end of week.
It's going to be cheaper than geting a side plate.

BUT if you realy want a number plate , make sure you check this seller on Ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/sch/sbent68/m.ht...id=p4340.l2562

Thanks for the photos, Dam1. I've thought about going with stickers on the side covers but part of me wants to keep those clean incase I want to switch the numbers out one day. Thanks for the ebay link, let me know how your bike turns out.

As a side note: Those mag wheels really look good in all black. I'd love to see a set painted to look like real magnesium. BeemerRich, you reading this?

Well I have the BCustoms side number plates. They are a little finicky. Here is a pic of the bike with them and with out them.

Gorgeous Bike Calliway. BuckEye seeing your thrux makes me rethink going alloy for side plate number. I saw another thread that said there was some fitting issues, did you guys experience any with your MAS?

If i wasn't going to paint them, I would have gone with the MAS ones.
