Just ordered a seat and sissy bar from them yesterday. I'll update when/if they arrive with my experience.

I've had similar issues with them and they just flat out suck. I will never order from them under any circumstances.

I'm close by to BC and ride up there often for parts. I may have gotten lucky but I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They have been flexible and willing to think outside of the box on my projects. On top of that...I love their stuff. I have a ton of their products on my bike and none have ever failed or given me any issues.

Can't comment on long wait times because I don't order a part unless it's sitting on their shelf.

I just got my predators a couple of weeks ago and the transaction couldn't of went smoother! I dealt with Matt and he was great.

Couldn't agree with you more. Matt is great. He went out of his way for me just before he left for vacation. I understand that the waiting part sucks but that's out of their hands. If they don't have something in stock, they have to wait for the suppliers just like we do. They're just going through growing pains. Be patient with them. They are very kind, helpful and professional. And for future reference, don't order parts and accessories for your bike mid-season

Good point. High demand + low supply = back-order blues. I bought my bonnie in mid April and started buying parts right away, that's at least one of the factors why most of my stuff is back-ordered. It's too hard to resist ordering parts though must...have...now!

Never had a problem with BC . Sorry to hear others have issues with them.

The shop that supplied it has agreed to replace it, this time i will get a black one to play safe.
As you are in Australia have a look at Triumph performance parts Australia... I bought a FEK from them & had it in less than 5 days.
They have most of the parts that BC & New Bonnie have.
Worth a look

Cheers Terry
