NOS Alphabet Headers 4:1 Exhaust showed up yesterday- perfect fit and only had to make one bracket for mounting.

Had a spare British Customs FE Kit laying around and looks like I can modify it to fit perfectly

Looks great, I am building a 500 Cafe myself. I will post a few pics when it warms up here some. I like the exhaust. I used a Mac on mine and it sounds great.

Really pretty! Nice job. I'd love to have a cb500 from Lossa.

Thanks Bill!

It is slow but sure. I have a couple other projects going, so this one doesn't get the attention I would like.

Have the rearsets and velo stacks waiting. The rearsets are quite a bit of work as all the stock workings have to come off and a mounting bracket made for the pegs/levers, then all of the linkages have to be figured out- like a puzzle.

I'll keep updating progress- even though it is not a Triumph at heart!

COLBOB, post some pics!

Yep, That's what my son and I are working on now for his KZ650, it really is a puzzle.

That's really cool. How much modification did it take to mount the tank?

It was not too difficult. Just had to extend the mounts on the insides of the tank and make a rubber mounted bracket for the rear of the tank.

I'd love to see some pictures of your tank mods if you get the chance. Also there is a guy over on the Do The Ton cafe racer forum that sells rearsets for CB550s for a pretty reasonable price.
