Thruxton with a Bonnie-style seat?

Hi guys

I am looking at a used 2007 Thruxton but it doesn't have the short seat with the cafe racer style bump - it looks more like the Bonneville T100 seat. Was that an option for the Thruxton? Or might I be looking at a Bonnie that was converted with some kind of a Thruxton design kit?

that looks like the standard Thruxton seat, just without the removable cowl attached.

Agree with illmonk. That's what my seat looks like without hte seat cowl on the back. If you're not aware of what that is, it's basically a plastic cover that attaches to the back of the seat. If you wanted one, you could probably find one at Britishcustoms.com or ebay.

Yep I third that. Its the standard seat minus its cowl. The cowl bolts to the two circular threaded lugs on either side. So all you need do is source a cowl on ebay or somewhere.
