Classic concave 7" Cibies

Just came across this classic product on Daniel Stern Lighting

Check about 1/4 way down the page for the Convex 7" Cibie Headlamp lens
Will run with a modern H4 bulb too!

Thought some of you might appreciate the availability of that for your retro cafe's

Looks cool, I wonder how the beam looks that it throws out...

These were the lamp to have 'back in the day' when I was cutting my teeth on my first Triumphs back in Scotland. I've always been a Cibie fan, running their modern lenses/reflectors on my current Triumph.
If you are seriously interested, drop Daniel an e-mail and ask for more details - he may have some pattern data.

I know he suffers from poor health and sometimes goes extended periods when he does not reply to general inquiries. I had same 'issue' initially, but once contact was established he was most helpful.

Who makes those ones where the bottom portion is amber? I saw a bonnie with one and thought it looked cool.

Are these as good as the real Z beams? I didn't know you could still get them. I could use one.
