Makes perfect sense to me. Last night looking at the smoking wiring mess under the seat of my old bonnie and contemplating an ax murder(would involve a trip to england), I realized that our situations were one in the same...

Exploration w/o success = burning fixation

ps- I love the smell of burning wire in the morning. It smells like Lucas. Positively grounded of course.

ACH! Not the one you're nearly finished with? If it is you might consider Hara Kiri with a Sawzall...

It's moments like that when I ask God to grant me just one thing...just once can I call in an airstrike...please Lord, just once, that's all I ask....I won't ask for anything else...honest

Buggy, I have a '78 Bonnie. I tell myself that smoke and the burning smell is a good thing, its confirmation that your electrical system is actually doing something.

That's for sure. It's always "doing something", not the right thing, but something. :hammer:
