where is this restrictor that people are talking about, i thought it was the long rubber "tube" thats attached to the snorkel.

but now i get the feeling its not- something between the airbox and the manifold??? :???:

Pull out the air filter and look inside with a torch.... it's that black plastic plate with a hole for a bee's dick in it!
