Would 2004 Bonnie engine covers [left/right], front sprocket cover & can covers fit 2006 thruxton - I know there's breather hose requirement, I am trying to confirm that - thanks

I believe they're interchangable, you can remove the unneeded breather tube.

Yep...I have the bonnie black ones on mine...had them put on at the dealership before I bought it...
Honestly though...you could probably save some money and have them powder coated...

Before you waste some money buying a part that will not work, please be advised that the primary cover (largest LH cover) has internal changes that will not allow you to interchange between certain model years. No worries with the 3 other covers.

Also, the crankcase breather is most definitely needed and should not be eliminated or blocked-off.

If you decide to powdercoat the covers, then you will need to strip them of all the rubber seals, o-rings and such as the baking heat will melt them. I prefer using VHT wrinkle black engine enamel spray paint as it's a simple masking job, hides a mulitude of sins and can be easily touched-up. It's very durable paint.

I think you are wrong on that I have changed covers around on 01 to 07 with no problems I cant say what the 08-09 are but the others are pretty much the same casting ameria and speedie are not the same as the bonnie but thats about it.On the later models with new style breather all you do is pop the old style breather tube out .The breathers on later bikes are in the block.
